- The minimum age for participants to participate in the Ban Pong ATV Off-road activity must be at least 5 years old.
- Children aged 5 - 12 years old can participate in activities in the ATV Passenger Package (Double Person) with an adult.
- ATV riders are recommended to wear comfortable clothes, long pants/shorts / short boots. or a set that is easy to move to get the most out of driving an ATV.
- The total weight of the ATV driver and passenger must not exceed 150 kg.

- You can cancel in advance at least 7 days before the travel date according to the processing period: 100% refund will be given.
- Reservation can be canceled at least 4 to 6 days before the travel date according to processing time: 50% refund will be received.
- If canceled in advance at least 3 days before the travel date according to the processing period or do not show up at the service point: will not receive a refund in any case.
- Please show evidence supporting the cancellation and notify the staff in writing within 15 days after the date of service.
