Take a cruise on the Chao Phraya River "Viva Alangka Cruise (Sunset)" with an International buffet dinner such as river prawns, and Norwegian salmon, New Zealand Mussels, and many other foods at the restaurant level. - You can cancel in advance at least 7 days before the travel date according to the processing period: 100% refund will be given.
- Reservation can be canceled at least 4 to 6 days before the travel date according to processing time: 50% refund will be received.
- If canceled in advance at least 3 days before the travel date according to the processing period or do not show up at the service point: will not receive a refund in any case.
- Please show evidence supporting the cancellation and notify the staff in writing within 15 days after the date of service.
- You can change the service date. By notifying at least 1 day in advance during business hours. (Monday - Sunday 8.30 - 17.30 hrs.) by checking the items that can be changed on the service date in your order list (additional charges may apply)

How to use the voucher
- Once tickets for the Viva Alangka Cruise (Sunset) have been completed. You will receive a voucher via E-mail, Line ID, WhatsApp, and Messenger which can be presented at the reception and registration counter. The voucher must be presented with an ID card or a passport with a photo of the cardholder's face.
- You can print your voucher or show your mobile voucher to the attraction staff.
