Terms and Conditions, Rest and Fun Travel Co., Ltd is an agency for our supplier of products, attractions, or services, and shall not be liable for any injury, damages, loss, expenses, sickness, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority cause to delay or failure to join the tour or activities that may occur because of uncontrollable circumstances. We highly recommend all passengers have their travel insurance.

In case of uncontrollable circumstances occur if the tour cannot be operated, we will offer the option to refund or change the date. Please note there will not be a refund if the tour still can be operated but you refuse to participate.

Conditions for using the voucher :

We will immediately confirm the Voucher back to you. (If the package is purchased and used on the date of booking or does not need to check availability or access rounds) For tour packages/cruise tickets or show tickets that cannot be immediately confirmed using the voucher, we will check the details with the business partner and reply. You go as soon as possible within 24 hours.
Price of all packages The prices that are sold on the website are available only to the non-Thai citizen.
Those who have already reserved a package will receive a voucher via E-mail, Line ID, Whatapps, Messanger which you can show at the reception and registration counter. A voucher must be presented along with an ID card or passport with a picture of your face.
You can print the Voucher or show the Voucher with your mobile phone as well.
The Voucher you receive will have a number that clearly shows the Voucher number.
You may use the Voucher only on the date specified.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time when the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds:

Cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance: no cancellation fee
Cancel between 4 and 6 calendar days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
Cancel within 3 calendar days in advance or no show:100% cancellation fee

After the booking date, there will be no refund, Claims involving refunds require supporting evidence of cancellation, and passengers are required to inform Tours in writing 15 days after the tour end.

Change of Date Policy

RestNFun will accept change of date requests that are made with at least 1 days' notice During business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00) by email contact @gmail.com This is not possible for all products and is always subject to availability (additional charges may apply)

Pick up and Drop off Services:

Some attractions/tours offer complimentary pick up and drop off services. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to be waiting out the front of your selected pickup location (accommodation provider) at least 5 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to pick up. RestNFun cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to meet at meeting point.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the tour details on their confirmation are correct and the contact details they have provided are up to date. It may be necessary for RestNFun to contact passengers regarding the tour before the departure date. We recommend providing a Mobile number and checking your email regularly before your tour.
